Bring Excitement to Your Event
Wow children and adults alike with a live mermaid at your festival, faire, or corporate event. Mermaid Dalni will come with her shell throne, decorative corals and greenery, treasure chest and other mermaid props all inside a shaded 10X10 tent to delight at your Renaissance faire, Pirate Festival, Kid's Day, Beach or Aquatic event, or anything else you can think of! Have a pool, large fish tank, or are you holding your event near a body of water? Mermaid Dalni will swim and perform tricks like flips, spins and bubble rings. Have another idea? Rates
Rates may be negotiable, as each festival or event is different.
Festivals are 60 USD for the first hour per day and 40 USD per each additional hour.
Day rates are available
-A booking of four hours is eligible for a day rate of 170 USD (a savings of 10 USD).
-A booking of five hours is available for 200 USD (a savings of 20 USD).
-A booking of six hours is available for 230 USD (a savings of 30 USD).
Weekend Rates
-A two-day booking of four hours each day is eligible for a day rate of 340 USD (a savings of 20 USD).
-A two-day booking of five hours is available for 400 USD (a savings of 40 USD).
-A two-day booking of six hours is available for 460 USD (a savings of 60 USD).

Add ons
-For an additional 20 USD per day we will bring a tub filled with plastic fish for the children to find and take home. These fish are hidden inside a tub filled with "fish eggs", safe, environmentally friendly and non-toxic water beads. Kids get a kick out of sticking their hands into the slimey fish eggs to retrieve a colorful fish of their very own.
-For an additional 10 USD per day we will bring a variety of bubble wands for the children to play with.

Travel Considerations
Travel fees of .54 USD per mile will be assessed if the party location is more than 50 miles outside of Essex, Vermont. Any destination inaccessible by car, or over 250 miles away may be subject to airline and accommodation costs. Multiple day festivals are subject to either accommodation costs, or additional travel fees for following days.

Booking Agreement - Events

This agreement is made and entered into as of___________________ (date) by and between event Operator ___________________________________ and Mermaid Dalni Tails.
Operator intends to conduct an event requiring entertainment services from Mermaid Dalni on the dates and times listed below.

Operator would like Mermaid Dalni to bring props, shell throne, tent etc.
Operator would prefer Mermaid Dalni use only event-provided props in a well shaded area
The event ( Allows / Does not allow ) "pass the hat" or to put out a tip jar.
The operator wishes to utilize the services of Mermaid Dalni (herein called Performer) in connection with the event under the following terms and conditions. Accordingly, it is agreed as follows:
1. Operator engages Performer to render services at date and time listed above. Performer shall arrive at least half hour prior to beginning time of event, on the day of event, unless otherwise requested by the Operator. If Operator requests that Performer furnish tent, props, throne etc., Operator must allow reasonable early access to event grounds to set up. Prior night access is preferable.
2. Agreed upon compensation may be paid at end of event to Performer or the assistant. The agreed upon compensation is _________________________________________________. A free vendor space is available if wares are for sale.
3. The Performer and the assistant are permitted free access to the event. A parking pass for one vehicle will be provided if required for the event.
4. The Performer agrees to allow the official festival photographer and area television crews to photograph and video all or part of their performance(s) for use on the event web site, Facebook page and for advertisement purposes to promote the event. The Operator has permission to use
photos from MermaidDalni.com in advertisement. Inversely, the Operator permits Performer to use event/ organization photographs etc. to advertise Performer’s involvement in said event.
6. The Performer/ assistant will furnish own wardrobe (and props if agreed upon above). The Operator is not responsible for any damages to Performer’s wardrobe and/or props. Operator may request alternate, event provided outfit upon Performer’s approval, under the conditions the outfit is not excessively revealing or provocative. Performer is not liable for any damage to Operator’s wardrobe or props. Performer agrees not to intentionally cause damage.
8. Operator will use its best efforts to ensure Performer/Performer Group's health, safety and welfare during the festival. This may include providing free water or allowing the performer to bring their own water.
By signing, you agree to all the above statements and fully agree that Mermaid Dalni (Danielle Ross) and related individuals or entities will not be liable for any and all accidents, injuries, theft, loss, or illness by way of the event, prior, during, or after such.
